Holiday Party

Last Friday we had our annual library holiday party. It was a great time with good food, good people, and great dancing!





Patrick and Kevin had a really excellent dance off. I never got any pictures of it though, because just as I was getting my camera, they walked off arguing about something.

As much as I wanted to share and encourage holiday fun, I write this entry in the hopes that all of the students out there, all of my children, have a safe and wonderful holiday. I know that exams will be ending soon and the temptation to binge drink will be high. Please be safe. And if you must drink, don't drive. (And also don't do it in the library!)

First Post

Welcome! I was in a meeting with Patrick, and we were discussing ways of being able to get in touch with the student population. I told him that all I really needed was a good way of communicating to you. I felt that if there was a way for you to hear what I had to say you would listen. That should be enough right? After all, I am the matriarch of the most important building on campus.

Well, he set me up with this. I'm not very good with computers, but he showed me how to do it and I think I will manage.
